How do I know if I have a MACC Online Account?

You have an online account if you’ve:

  1. 1. Purchased tickets online
  2. 2. Purchased a membership online
  3. 3. Entered and saved account information to view tickets

What happens if I can't remember which email address I used?

The Box Office can look up that information for you. Call (808) 242-SHOW Tue - Sat 10am - 6pm.

If you sign up with a different email account today, a new MACC Online Account will be created and, IF you are a current MACC Member, the new MACC Online Account will not be linked to your MACC Membership. This means you will not be able to purchase tickets online during member-only pre-sale periods or purchase member priced tickets.
